Planning next chocolate tasting
We've learned what worked and what didn't work at the first GP (guinea pig) chocolate tasting last month. June 17th is the target date. Fewer chocolates and refined smelling technique will be the main changes.

Monday, my neighbor Bill and I are off to the lagoons for steelhead flyfishing. I tied eight flies today, seven of which I can use for steelhead. The other one is a monster that I'm going to use in August when I'm off to NWT.

The software that I use for writing this blog is RapidWeaver. This is a plug for one of the plugin developers, Yourhead.com. I use two of their plugins on three of my sites. Collage for images and Blocks for layout. I've bailed on Dreamweaver and switched to RW because I don't want to spend my life working on websites. I'm an artist and photographer. I want to spend my time in those arenas and RW along with Yourhead have made my life much easier.
Perfect day
Today started off with making the usual mocha latté. But then at 5:30am, it was hop-in-the-truck to go to my neighbor's where we switched to his truck with the boat on the trailer behind. We were at Stone Lagoon by 6am and caught the first steelhead by 6:30am. By 2:45pm, I'd had enough and the wind was starting to kick up. We had caught 16 steelhead and on four occasions we both had a steelhead on at the same time. Unbelievable!

I'm pooped, sunburned, and happy.
