I was concerned that the local chocolate maker, Sjaaks, who won our first chocolate tasting may have had added flavors. I stopped in at Sjaaks yesterday and was told that it does not. I still think that it was 54% compared to on the average about 72% tipped things in their favor for us nouveau tasters.

But, not to worry. Sjaaks has a 70% bar which will be in the next tasting. One of the tasters will be one of Sjaaks choclatiers. Should be interesting to see how he does .
