For the chocolate tasting, we had eight chocolate bars broken up into 32 pieces each. With seven people sampling only one or two bits from each bar, there's quite a bit left over. Easy decision for me. I'm going to do like the Bittersweet Café does and chop the pieces up into 1/8 inch bits and use them for mocha lattés.

Something that was funny from the tasting was that our poo-smelling bar is ranked as the number 4 bar in the world by seventypercent.com. Looks like we're missing something. Or maybe being rural-type folk that we have a better sense of what poo smells like.
